Riversgold / Saint John Project
District-Scale Copper-Gold-Antimony Exploration in Southern New Brunswick
AIS Resources has signed an earn-in agreement with Riversgold Ltd. to advance the Saint John Project in southern New Brunswick. This is a district-scale exploration play with early signs of significant copper, gold, silver, and antimony mineralization. Located only 20 km west of the city of Saint John and 50 km from the U.S. border, the project benefits from excellent infrastructure including highways, rail, a deep-water port, power, and a skilled local workforce.
The project spans 101 km² and covers a 25 km prospective corridor. Early work has confirmed high-grade surface samples and strong geophysical responses consistent with IOCG / porphyry-style systems, a deposit type known for hosting large, multi-commodity resources.
Location & Infrastructure
- ~20 km west of Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada
- ~50 km from the U.S. border
- Access to deep-water port, rail, highways, power stations, airports, and skilled labour
Scale & Geology
- 101 km² project area with ~25 km of prospective structures
- IOCG/porphyry-style multi-element system (Cu, Au, Ag, Sb, Mo, Re)
- Hematite-rich and magnetite-rich zones along faulted granite/granodiorite contacts
- Geological setting linked to Appalachian gold trends, with analogies to Fosterville (Australia) and Queensway (Newfoundland)

Main Prospects
Prince of Wales
- Cu up to 10.55%, Au up to 11.4 g/t, Ag up to 1,050 g/t, Pb up to 18.85%
- Strong sulphide samples, high chargeability (IP), and low resistivity signatures
Little Lepreau (Roadside Quarry)
- Au up to 41.6 g/t, Ag up to 1,600 g/t, Cu up to 7.64%, Sb >1%
- Drone magnetics (25 m spacing) revealed multiple magnetic lows guiding drill targeting
- Maiden drill program approved: 10 RC holes (~2,000 m)
Hideaway
- Cu up to 2.01%, Au up to 1.7 g/t, Ag up to 8 g/t
- Smaller but consistent copper-gold-silver mineralisation
Exploration to Date
- High-grade rock chip sampling across all main prospects
- Drone magnetic survey completed at Little Lepreau
- MobileMT and IP/Resistivity surveys planned to refine drill targets
- Ongoing mapping and site visits by government geologists
Next Steps
- Expand drone magnetics across the 101 km² licence
- Complete MobileMT + IP surveys (budget ~CAD $300k)
- Drill ~2,000 m maiden RC/DD program at Little Lepreau in 2025
- Continue systematic sampling and mapping along the 25 km corridor
Key Value Drivers
District-scale, underexplored system with proven high-grade samples
- IOCG/porphyry model offers potential for a large, multi-commodity deposit
- Lower exploration and drilling costs compared to many Canadian jurisdictions
- Exposure to copper (energy transition), gold/silver (precious metals), and antimony (a listed critical mineral)
