District-Scale Copper-Gold-Antimony Exploration in Southern New Brunswick
AIS Resources has signed an earn-in agreement with Riversgold Ltd. to advance the Saint John Project in southern New Brunswick. This is a district-scale exploration play with early signs of significant copper, gold, silver, and antimony mineralisation. Located only 20 km west of the city of Saint John and 50 km from the U.S. border, the project benefits from excellent infrastructure including highways, rail, a deep-water port, power, and a skilled local workforce.

AIS can earn up to 75% interest in the Saint John IOCG/porphyry project.

The property spans 101 km² in a Tier-1 jurisdiction: just ~20 km west of Saint John, NB, ~50 km from the U.S. border.

Geological / Mineralization Highlights

Little Lepreau Prospect (Roadside Quarry)
• Surface samples with gold up to 41.6 g/t, silver up to 1,600 g/t, copper up to 7.64%, and antimony >1%.
• Magnetic surveys have identified magnetic-low response zones resembling the Roadside Quarry signature.
• Maiden drilling of ~2,000 m approved for 2025. -
Prince of Wales Prospect
• Surface samples: gold up to 11.4 g/t, silver up to 1,050 g/t, copper up to 10.55%, lead to 18.85%. -
Hideaway Prospect
• Surface samples: gold up to 1.7 g/t, silver up to 8 g/t, copper up to 2.01%.
Planned Activities & Next Steps

Expand geophysical surveying (drone-based MobileMT + induced polarization, IP) across the project to refine drill targets. Estimated budget ~CAD $300,000.

Begin a maiden RC / DD drill program of ~2,000 metres at Little Lepreau in 2025-2026.
Transaction Terms

On signing: AIS issues 2,860,000 shares to Riversgold at CAD $0.05/share.

To earn 51% interest:
• Year 1: spend CAD $400,000 on early exploration including surveys & 1,000 m of approved drilling.
• Year 2: additional drilling expenditures of CAD $1,000,000. -
To earn up to 75% interest: Years 3-4: spend about CAD $3,000,000 on drilling and early development work.

Riversgold retains a 25% free-carried interest through to decision to mine.
