Resources Limited (TSX: AIS, OTCQB: AISSF) (the “Company” or “AIS”) is pleased to announce that effective August 9, 2018 it has granted 126,667 stock options to a consultant of the Company pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan. The options vest immediately, have an exercise price of $0.15 per share and an expiry date of August 9, 2023. Effective August 17, 2018 AIS has granted an additional 1,000,000 stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan. The options vest immediately, have an exercise price of $0.13 per share and an expiry date of August 17, 2023.
